Rattan Lal discusses strategies for 3rd Phase of Lok Sabha polls

RAJOURI, Apr 29: Rattan Lal Gupta, provincial president (JKNC) Jammu, chaired a meeting with senior functionaries of the party here, today. The meeting aimed to devise effective strategies in preparation for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls scheduled for May 7.
The primary focus of the discussion revolved around gathering widespread support for Mian Altaf Ahmed, party’s candidate from Anantnag- Rajouri Parliamentary constituency seat and amplifying awareness about the misrule of the BJP Government at the Centre/ J&K. The meeting was attended by Shafayat Khan district president, Rajouri Urban, Shafqat Mir provincial secretary, Rakesh Singh (Raka), Parvez Mirza, Khurshid Lone, Aasif Choudhary, Nazeer Hussain, Mirza Rehman Amjed Choudhary, Abdul Qadir Khan and others.
During the meeting, Rattan Lal Gupta highlighted the significance of galvanizing the electorate to rally behind Mian Altaf Ahmed and firmly emphasized the urgent need for change and better governance. He stressed that the people of Rajouri Poonch Anantnag districts must unite under the banner of the INDIA Alliance to bring about a positive transformation in their representation and to address various pressing issues that require immediate attention.
The senior leaders of the Jammu and Kashmir NC urged the people of Rajouri Poonch Anantnag districts to extend their unwavering support to Mian Altaf Ahmed and vote for the National Conference’s vision of progress, inclusivity, and good governance. They highlighted the Party’s commitment to addressing the concerns and aspirations of the people and reiterated that the upcoming Lok Sabha polls present a crucial opportunity to reclaim their voice on a national level.
Rattan Lal Gupta urged members of the NC to work diligently at the grassroots level, engaging with the citizens, and ensuring their voices are heard in the upcoming elections. He further emphasized the importance of maximum public participation in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.
He exhorted party workers to leave no stone unturned to encourage and facilitate both young and old citizens to avail of the opportunity to vote with an aim to bring change from the misrule of BJP Government at the Centre/ J&K.
