Rattan Dogra takes over as new FoIJ chairman

JAMMU, Sept 25: The newly elected president of Association of Industries Gangyal (Jammu),  Rattan Dogra has taken over as chairman of Federation of Industries, Jammu (FoIJ).
Dogra, replaced  Rajesh Jain, the former president of AoI, the largest  organization of MSME units in the Jammu region. While handing over the charge both as chairman FoIJ and president, Association of Industries,  Rajesh Jain said he is happy and satisfied that Rattan Dogra had consented to assume the responsibility to represent the issues, concerns and grievances of the industrial sector particularly in Jammu region before the State  and the Central Governments.
Rajesh Jain expressed hope that  Dogra shall utilize all his capabilities and contacts both at State  and  Central Govts level for early  resolution of the problems of the industrial sector, specifically of Jammu region and State as whole while representing industrial fraternity. Jain assured all his cooperation to FoIJ in all at its future endeavours.
Rattan Dogra sought the cooperation of all segments of FoIJ in running its affairs. He further assured that no area or sector shall be left uncovered. He assured to accord topmost priority and impetus to ensure the uninterrupted continuity of various fiscal incentives / exemption in the GST regime to MSME units across in the State.
Dogra further assured to strive hardest to seek the conversion of leasehold land to free hold of the plots allotted to largely sons of soil local entrepreneurs in various industrial estates / areas so as to provide them additional avenues of financial regeneration. He  assured to strive hard to get continued power supply in various industrial areas / estates round the clock without any unwanted interruptions / breakdowns besides seeking fresh infrastructural developments in this regard towards capacity enhancement.
The occasion was also graced by Lalit Mahajan (Co-chairman FoIJ),  Romesh Badyal (Co-chairman FoIJ), Ajit Bawa (Co-chairman FoIJ), Devinder Verma (Co-chairman FoIJ),  Jatinder Aul (Co-chairman FoIJ), Ajay Langer (Secretary General, FoIJ) and  SB Abrol (Convener FoIJ).
