JAMMU, Dec 19: Ramada Jammu City Centre Hotel won the ‘the Best Hospitality Hotel in J&K’ at the recently held Pragati International Service Excellence Awards 2018 at New Delhi. In a glittering ceremony, the Award was presented by Popular Actress, Zeenat Aman to Siddhant Chowdhary, the Managing Director of Ramada, Jammu City Centre.
In a short span of time the young entrepreneur Siddhant Chowdhary, the Managing Director of the hotel has won second meritorious award for Hotel Ramada Jammu City Centre. Each year, leading service providers, organizations and individuals worldwide are recognized for their service excellence with an International Service Excellence Award.
These awards are recognized as the premier service awards around the globe. Organizations and individuals that excel in service excellence compete in a variety of categories to recognize their commitment to customer service excellence. Other hotels recognized for their hospitality were Leela Palace Gurgaon, Crowne Plaza, New Delhi and Leela Ambience Gurgaon.
