Ram temple map gets Ayodhya Development Authority’s approval

AYODHYA, Sept 2:
The Ayodhya Development Authority approved the map of the layout of proposed grand Ram temple in its board meeting here on Wednesday. The members met under the chairmanship of divisional commissioner M P Agarwal here and after going through the proposal sent by the Shree Ramjanambhoomi Tirath Khetra Trust, approved it. After going through mandatory checking of all the required norms, which were found in order, the Board approved the map. Authority vice chairman Dr Neeraj Shukla and district Magistrate Anuj Jha were also present in the meeting.
There were two maps given by the Trust. The first one is of the open area of 2,74,110 square meter area while the second one was of the covered area of 12,879 square meters where the Ram Temple would come up. The trust would be asked to pay around Rs 5 crore as fee which will include development fund, labour cess, environment fee and other things. (UNI)
