Ram Pal, Jamwal seek vote for stable Govt

JAMMU, Dec 14: Senior National Conference leader and former Minister Babu Ram Pal and the party candidate from Jammu-West, Dharamveer Singh Jamwal today solicited peoples’ support in bringing about political stability by becoming part of a stable Government formation in Jammu and Kashmir.
During door-to-door campaign, Babu Ram Pal exhorted the politically sagacious people to lend their support to National Conference for ending the era of coalition culture, which was not in the interest of the State.
He said National Conference has fared well in the phases just having gone to polls and hoped that the people of Jammu will consolidate the win by returning the party candidates to Legislative Assembly.
Interacting with people, Dharamveer Singh Jamwal assured the voters that he will do his best to put the constituency on fast track development. He said Jammu-West has huge potential to grow and the people will not find him wanting in this effort during the next six years.
He said the record sheet of Omar led Government has been exemplary during the past six years and the initiative taken for inclusive and overall development of all the three regions of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh will continue in a big way.
Babu Ram Pal made a passionate appeal to the voters of Jammu-West to extend their support to Mr Jamwal, saying he was ideally suited candidate to ensure the development of the constituency. He said National Conference alone was capable of meeting the expectations of the people and ensuring holistic development of the Jammu region.
Accompanied by Chander Mohan Sharma, Ravi Dogra, R K Chandel, Ashok Tyagi, Pinky Bhat, Asha Mehra, Rashpal Singh and Ashok Singh, the candidate for the Jammu West Mr Jamwal carried out door-to-door campaign at Rehari, Rajpura and Janipur Colony.
