JAMMU: On the eve of national level executive committee meeting and Government formation scheduled for April 4, BJP national general secretary Ram Madhav today held deliberations with state leadership.
Mr Madhav acted as an interlocutor between PDP-BJP Government, which was headed by the late Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed. ”Mr Madhav arrived here this evening in a special aircraft and met the senior leadership,” party sources here said.
They said the BJP leader had discussions was BJP State president Sat Sharma, Deputy Chief Minister nominate Dr Nirmal Singh, MP Jugal Kishore and senior leader Ashok Koul.
”Mr Madhav had discussed Government formation issues and prevailing political scenario with the members,” sources said adding that the participants also had a detailed meeting on two-day national executive meeting starting here tomorrow, which is also to be attended by the MP and in-charge J&K Affairs Avinash Rai Khanna and Union MoS Dr Jitendra Singh.
