SRINAGAR, Aug 27: BJP National general secretary (Organization) Ram Lal along with its Joint general secretary (Organization) Shiv Parkash are arriving here on a two days tour of Kashmir valley to ascertain the prevailing political situation here and chalk out strategy for the coming Assembly polls.
The two leaders will hold meeting with Party functionaries at Anatnag, Srinagar and Baramulla during their two days stay in Valley. They will also discuss the names of probable candidates and review the preparations made on ground to accomplish Party’s Mission 44+ with them.
The Union Minister in PMO with independent Charge of Science and Technology Dr Jitendra Singh who is also arriving here tomorrow in connection with launching of Pradhanmantri Jan Dhan Yojna will also attend the Party meeting, sources added.
The State BJP president, Jugal Kishore Sharma and Party organization general secretary, Ashok Kaul have reached here today to participate in the meeting.
The two leaders will also hold meetings with the probable candidates and seek a feed back from them regarding their prospectus in elections, sources said, adding they will devise the strategy for accomplishing the Party’s Mission 44 + to form the next Government in the State.
The Party leaders will also discuss the pros and cons of seat adjustments with other parties and groups in the coming Assembly elections, sources said.
