Rajneesh’s short film selected for JIFF 2021

JAMMU, Nov 7: Short film ‘House No. 570’, written and directed by Rajneesh Gupta, a local writer has been selected for 13th Jaipur International Film Festival-JIFF 2021.
A handout stated that this was conveyed by JIFF 2021 preview committee members.
The festival is being organized from January 15 to 19, 2021.
Out of 1484 films from 80 countries only 161 from 38 countries were nominated in different categories and this included Jammu based Rangoli Production’s short film ‘House No. 570’.
The movie depicts loneliness of an old couple living in a commercial locality and regularly harassed by the owners of big establishments to sell their house which the couple refuses as they were attached emotionally with their residence.
The artists who performed in the movie are Sapna Soni, Rajesh Raina, Tarun Charak and Rishab Manhas.
The voice over has been given by Master Ritvik Gupta, Editing was done by Tarun Charak and Yuvraj Gupta while Camera was handled by Ravi Kumar.
Writer of the film said it was motivation of S.K Sharma, Additional Commissioner Income Tax, Jammu; Raj Bharti, President Viraj Kala Kendra Jammu and Lalita Tapasvi, President Rangoli Productions that the film got space in the prestigious festival.
