JAMMU, Feb 3: Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) Councillor, Rajinder Sharma of Ward 16 here today started tile work at Christian Ground area of New Plot.
The work will be completed at a cost of work Rs. 7.10 lakh and will benefit locals of the area.
On this occasion the Councillor formed Youth and Senior Citizens Committee to supervise the work which will in turn ensure public participation in developmental works.
Speaking on the occasion Sharma said that he would leave no stone unturned for ensuring proper development in his Ward so that the Ward may emerge as a model one.
Slocus Nar Choudhary, Kamal Bhatti, Vicky Gill, Raju Masih, Stonious Bhatti, Pouls Gill, Farus Mattoo, Akbar Masih, Suresh Sotra, Anil Mattoo, Sourav Sotra, Sachin Sotra, Saris Mattoo, Martin Gill, Rahul Gill and others were also present on the occasion.
