JAMMU, Aug 27: Jammu East MLA and party chief whip Rajesh Gupta started the work of slab at Kashyap Rajput Sabha in Peer Kho Ward No.3. The estimated cost of the work is Rs 11 lakh.
The MLA was accompanied by JMC officials AEE Gurcharan Singh and JE R.K. Koul. The BJP leaders who accompanied the MLA included district general secretary and incharge Jammu East Vinay Gupta, Subhash Gupta, Prof Shyam, P.C. Gupta, Gokul Koul, Rajinder Gupta, Rajesh Nischal, Kuldeep Sharma, Amit Khanna, Sushant, Dhanswaroop and Parjwal Mahajan.
Rajesh Gupta while speaking on the occasion lauded the role of Kashyap Rajput Sabha in enriching the cultural values and traditions amongst the people of Jammu. He said that the Sabha has always been at the forefront in organising socio-cultural programmes and spreading the message of peace and goodwill. He assured the Sabha of all possible help in the future.
Vinay Gupta district general secretary said that the BJP is going to the grassroot levels to look into the problems of the people of the Jammu East Constituency and in the days to come we are going to intensify our efforts.
The leading members of the Kashyap Rajput Sabha including Chaman Lal, Ashok, Jeetraj, Pawan, Kala,Vipan and Chander were present on the occasion.
