JAMMU, Feb 3: Public Works (R&B) Department has asked all the concerned Engineers, who are eligible for their placement in the next higher posts, to submit the required documents such as APRs and Vigilance clearance status etc, well in time.
“It is responsibility of the concerned Engineers to upload the required documents on JKPWDOMS well before their placement/assignment and the engineer(s) who fails to submit the same, his/her claim for placement/assignment to the next higher post shall not be entertained and the incumbent(s) next in order of seniority/eligibility shall be considered,” reads a circular, issued by the department.
According to the circular, it has been observed that the various Engineers (Civil/ Mechanical) have not fulfilled the requisite criteria and not submitted their documents which are pre-requisite for placing/assigning the charge of next higher posts, due to which the department is facing difficulties in finalization of such proposals well in time. Such proposals are not completed timely with the result the department is facing shortage of Engineering staff in the field.
“It is therefore, impressed upon all the subordinate HODs/Chief engineers to informed all the concerned Engineering employees who have fulfilled the eligibility and are coming under consideration zone in near future for their placement/assignment to the next higher post to upload the required documents on JKPWDOMS well before their placement/assignment,” says the circular.
The documents required to be uploaded, include; APRs for the last three years, latest Vigilance clearance status, Work and Conduct/Integrity certificate, Field Inspection report and inspection of project related real time photographs and videos duly geo tagged uploaded on the JKPWDOMS as per projects in hand.
