JAMMU, Oct 8: Rakhpal, Private Secretary to Chairman, J&K Special Tribunal is promoted to the time scale of KAS on officiating basis.
The officer of J&K Secretariat (G) service-II has been transferred and posted as Special Assistant to Vice-Chairman, J&K State Advisory Board for Development of other Backward Classes.
According to General Administration Department, the placement of the officer against the time scale/equivalent level post shall be in his own pay and grade subject to the outcome of writ petition(s) if any pending consideration before any competent court(S).
