In the meetings members observed though the steps taken by district administration regarding enforcement of ban on cremation of dead bodies near the temple were lauded, said 90 percent dead bodies are cremated at Cremation Ground constructed by the administration while 10 percent dead bodies are still cremated in the holy Devika near Shiv Temple causing a problem to devotees visiting the temple and those who want to take a dip in the waters of Devika.
