RAJOURI, June 23: The public from Rajouri and adjoining areas has expressed strong resentment against the worst BSNL services in the entire district.
The people of the area have alleged that there was very poor connectivity of the BSNL services. Call drops and breaking voice is the routine affair. When the power goes off, the BSNL towers hardly function. The generators are not put to use to make service affective. The senior officers are hardly bothered about the public plight despite several representations. There is no accountability and the officers at the top hardly monitor the services at the lower staff level while the public is made to pay the bills regularly. They urged upon the Chief General Manager, J&K Circle to pull the staff at lower level to ensure better service to the public which is paying the bills through its nose to the company.
