KISHTWAR, June 30: A public awareness program for the production of clean energy through hydro power plants was organized today at the training hall of NHPC Dulhasti Power Station.
During the program, Sanjay Singh, Deputy General Manager (Finance) discussed and highlighted the benefits and developments of the area due to construction of Dulhasti Power Station Kishtwar and by producing clean energy. Representatives from common public and contractual labour including school students attended the programme and also gave detailed information about the electricity generation and power house operation.
On the occasion, M K Kashyap, Group General Manager (In-Charge), Dulhasti Power Station addressed the students, general public and contract workers. In his address, he made the students and others aware about the contribution being made by Dulhasti Power Station in the development of the local area and the country under the Corporate Social Responsibility Scheme along with power generation.
Ashok Kumar Dhanwal, Senior Manager (HR), Sachin Vishwakarma, Senior Manager (IT), along with officers and employees of Dulhasti Power Station were also present during the programme.
