POONCH, Aug 7: A protest was held on Chandimarh- Dogrian- Poshana road as this road under PMGSY has been lying closed from last about 10 days.
The protest was led by Ex- Sarpanch, Karamat Manhas and many people of the area joined. Manhas claimed that people are suffering badly and administration is not paying any attention towards this problem. The people are facing lot of difficulties as patients having serious ailments have to walk on foot for long distance.
Later BDC Member Shafiq Mir also reached the spot and assured public that road will be cleared soon. He told that he has taken up the matter with DC Poonch.
