Protest against Pak PM’s India visit

KATHUA, Mar 9: People from the town including traders, held protest demonstration on Court Road here against the visit of Pakistani Prime Minister to India  today.
A large numbers of traders of the area and locals of the town assembled near Court Complex here on the main Kathua-Nagri Parole road and held protest demonstration against the visit of Pakistani Prime Minister to India. The agitating people raised slogans against Pakistan and also burnt the effigy of Pakistan at the main bazaar.
These people also shouted slogans against UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi and Indian Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh and alleged that despite beheading of two Indian soldiers on LoC in Poonch area by Pakistani troops and several ceasefire violations, the Indian Government was going soft on Pakistan.
They condemned the Union Government and External Affairs Minister Salman Khursheed for according reception to Pakistani PM who is on visit to Ajmer Sharief along with his family. After holding protest demonstration for about an hour then they dispersed.
