RAJOURI, Sept 15: A large number of people held protest against the kidnapping of a girl.
As per reports, hundreds of people led by Former MLA Qamar Chowdhary, PDP President Tazeem DDC Member Rajouri Sain Abdul Rashid assembled at Eidgah Gujjar Mandi and held protest against the kidnapping of a girl. They also raised slogans against the Police Department and District Administration for their failure to rescue the kidnapped girl.
After getting information, police team led by DIG RP Range Vivek Gupta and Additional SP Rajouri rushed to the spot and pacified the protestors by assuring them that police will recover the kidnapped girl within one week time.
On the assurance, the protestors dispersed.
