This has reference to the article, “Protection of Witnesses”, DE Dec 16, 2020 by Ratul Dhiman, a law student.
The author has rightly mentioned various aspects of the topic. He has shown concerns about many loopholes and weaknesses of our judicial system. Mr Dhiman has brought out the facts and ground reality on witnesses in very simple words understable to a common man. It really added a lot to my knowledge. Hope you continue to publish articles on variety of topics.
