SRINAGAR : Property worth lakhs of rupees were destroyed in different fire incidents in Kashmir valley, a police spokesperson said here today. He said fire broke out in the residential house of one Ghulam Mohammad Chopan at Harwan in Srinagar. Before the fire was doused off it engulfed a nearby cowshed. In this incident, 11 animals were charred to death and both the structures were damaged.
Meanwhile, residential house of one Sonaullah Fafoo was damaged in a fire incident in Bar Bar Shah in Srinagar. The spokesperson said two cowsheds were damaged in separate fire incidents in south Kashmir district of Anantnag.
