JAMMU, Sept 12 : The Departmental Promotion Committee under the chairmanship of K Rajendra Kumar, Additional Director General of Police Armed / Law & Order J&K, approved promotions of 311 Constables to the rank of Selection Grade Constables and “In-situ” promotion of 13 officer/officials.
These promotions acted as a big morale booster for Armed Police.
