JAMMU, Oct 3: Aam Aadmi Party senior leader and Member Parliament Rajya Sabha, Sanjay Singh today said that large scale joining of prominent faces of Jammu and Kashmir in Aam Aadmi Party shows swelling base of cadre in the Union Territory which is part of ensuing social reforms.
He was addressing during a joining event organised at the party office in Delhi in which two prominent personalities from Jammu and Kashmir joined party.
The entrants include Dev Raj Angral and Avantika Singh, hailing from Jammu.
Dev Raj Angral is a retired Section Officer of PMGSY and is also Senior President of All India Angral Biradari, Chairman of All J&K Dr Ambedkar Welfare Forum and Ex Vice President of All J&K Shri Guru Ravidass Sabha.
Similarly, Avantika Singh studied from Symbiosis School of Law, Pune Maharashtra and pursued LLB and is presently associated with Shri Anil Goswami Education Project.
Both the entrants said that policies and programs of Aam Aadmi Party are pro-public and this is the only political platform where public grievances find appropriate takers and party works in a pro people manner addressing the grievances of masses and working model of Government has realised the claims and slogans of development in Delhi and Punjab.
They further said that Aam Aadmi Party is getting bigger with each passing day in Jammu and Kashmir and masses in Union Territory are looking at AAP as best option to come out of era of uncertainty and chaos.
Addressing the event, Sanjay Singh said that swelling base of Aam Aadmi Party is getting strengthened in Jammu and Kashmir with large scale joining.
He said that party cadre is working under the leadership of Prabhari Jammu and Kashmir, Durgesh Pathak and massive joining in recent past shows that party is inching towards gaining more and more strength in J&K.
