JAMMU, Oct 26: Prof Sundeep K Pandita today took over as the new Director of the UGC – Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC), University of Jammu.
He succeeds outgoing Director Prof Rahul Gupta who after a very successful two year tenure has been elevated as Dean of Mathematical Science.
An MSc Gold Medalist in Geology and Ph D, Prof Sundeep Pandita brings along an experience of thirty years of research and teaching to the HRDC.
An acclaimed scholar and academic administrator, Prof Pandita also holds the position of Director Disaster Management, Centre of Jammu University since 2011.
