JAMMU, Mar 29: Kuldeep Kumar Sharma convener Antodhya BJP Cell today demanded a thorough probe by Crime Branch to ascertain the facts about the death of a youth, Jugal Kishore alias Pinka, son of Raj Kumar of Jakhari Ambaram Akhnoor who reportedly met an accident at Deharan near Radha Swami Satsang Akhnoor on March 12.
Addressing Panchs and Sarpanchs from the area he assured them that the issue would be taken up with the authorities as how police published a notification in newspaper on March 14 declaring him Lavaris (unclaimed) without publishing the photo and again on March 18 they published a news along with a photo that the dead body was cremated on March 18 itself.
The family identified the body and approached the police and it is surprising to know that actually the cremation had taken place on March 19 as per the records of said cremation ground. He said hence the matter needs to be probed.
