JAMMU, Dec 7: A meeting on Privilege Committee of Legislative Council was held under the chairmanship of MLC Surinder Choudhary here today.
Legislators Firdous Ahmad Tak and Suriender Ambardar besides Secretary Council Abdul Majid Bhat were also present in the meeting.
The Committee discussed privilege motion moved by Legislatures Dr Bashir Ahmad Shah and Showkat Ahmad Ganai against Accountant General and Deputy Accountant General (Pension/Accounts), Kashmir.
The Committee took serious note of reply submitted by the AGs office and asked the concerned department to submit a fresh report regarding the privilege motion.
