JAMMU, Dec 20: Col Kapil Dev Koushal, Principal of Sainik School Nagrota, Jammu was conferred with a prestigious ‘Uttrakhand Ratan Award’ by Principals Progressive Schools Association of India.
The Award was presented to him in a glittering ceremony at Pestle Weed College, Dehradun following a three day conference held on the theme ‘People Matter: Growing Self, Growing Others, Growing Community’.
Col Koushal received the honour for his distinguished services as an educational leader, who successfully revived the true essence of Sinik School Nagrota and led the team of staff and cadets to reach the pinnacle of glory in academics, NDA entry and also in sports and games.
