JAMMU, Apr 14: Kaushalya Devi wife of late Mohanlal Parihar, Retired Chief Prosecuting Officer and mother of Sanjay Parihar, Principal District and Sessions Judge Jammu passed away last night after a brief illness.
She originally hailed from village Harna Palmar in Kishtwar district and was presently staying at Channi Himmat, Jammu.
She is survived by two sons including Sanjay Parihar and Ajay Parihar and five daughters.
Her cremation was performed at Channi Himmat cremation ground this afternoon.
A large number of prominent people from all walks of life including judiciary, civil and police administration, social and other organizations attended last rites of Kaushalya Devi and expressed their condolences with the family members.
