JAMMU, Feb 11: Premier Football League UT J&K, being organised by J&K Sports Council got underway at GGM Science College Ground, here today.
The first match was played between Sainik Colony FC and NGR FC wherein former defeated the later with 4-1 goals. Vinay, Rohan, Pardeep and Novi scored one goal each for their winning team, whereas Kartik netted single goal for NGR FC.
In 2nd match, Young Rover beat Param FC by the margin of 1-0 goal wherein Rahul Ghai was the hero who scored one goal for the winning team.
The tournament is being organised under the supervision of Ashok Singh, Divisional Sports Officer Jammu and chief football coach Satpal Singh.
The matches were officiated by Dheeraj Meenia, Aman Sudan, Satnam Singh, Zarifa Kounsar, Aman Manathia, Madhav Sharma, Aman Sudan and Nittika Thappa.
