JAMMU, Feb 20: The 645th Prakash Utsav of Shri Guru Ravi Dass Ji was celebrated today with religious fervour at Rajpura Mangotrian here.
Many devotees participated in the function and remembered the teachings of Guru Ravi Dass Ji.
Jugal Kishore Sharma, MP and Chander Mohan Gupta, JMC Mayor threw light on the life and teachings of Guru Ji.
Senior BJP leader, Sat Sharma; Surinder Chowdhary, JMC Councillor, Manmohan Singh, ex-Councillor; Ashok Jogi, president All J&K Dalit Samaj Welfare Forum and Zorawar Singh, chairman Team Jammu also spoke on the occasion and stressed on the gathering to follow the teachings of Guru Ji for peace and progress in life.
Surinder Kakkar, Social Worker; Ramesh Angurana, general secretary; Bishan Dass, Bansi Lal, Vijay Kumar Thapa, Madan Lal, Mohinder Pal, Hans Raj, Ashwani Kumar, Vijay Kumar, Dalip Thapa, Dr. Sonka, Pishori Lal, Abhi Angural, Ahsok Langey, Mohan Lal Bavoria, Vijay Lochan, Rajesh Kumar and Tarsem Loach were also present on the occasion.
