Prajapati Sabha celebrates 695th Jayanti of Gora Ji Maharaj

JAMMU, Feb 24: J&K Prajapati Sabha today celebrated 695th Jayanti of Sant Shri Gora Ji Maharaj at Gora Ji Bhawan near Bus Stand, Jammu, with great fervor.
Member Parilament Jugal Kishore Sharma was the chief guest of the programme, which was organized under the chairmanship of Ayoudhya Kumar Manawa, president of the Sabha. Priya Sethi, former Minister of State, Rajesh Gupta, ex-MLA and Chander Mohan Gupta, Mayor JMC were the guests of honour.
All the guests paid floral tributes to the great saint and prayed for peace and prosperity of J&K state. A large number of devotees from Jammu and other parts of the State also attended the function, which started with Arti. Arti was followed by Bhajan and Kirtan.
Prominent social workers from Prajapati community from outside the State who attended the function were Raghubir Singh Raja Sansi, National president of Kumbhkar Sangh, Swami Ram Muni Ji Maharaj (from Haridwar), Baba gurdev Singh JI (from Amritsar), Mohan Jagdalle, National vice-president of Mahasangh. They, while addressing the devotees, threw light on the life and teachings of Gora Ji Maharaj.
The chief guest and other guests while addressing the gathering, assured all help to the Sabha in accomplishing the ongoing work of the community hall while president of the Sabha, in his address, urged the people to serve the society with full dedication.
