JAMMU, July 15: Kashmiri Hindu Conference (KHC) in its emergency meeting here today  under the chairmanship of its president Advocate M L Thusu discussed  various problems confronting the displaced Pandits from Valley.
The meeting expressed dismay over the attitude of the Government towards the community and said that the present Union Government was also toeing the policies of its predecessors towards the community.
The meeting said the past practice of appeasement towards Kashmir still continues at the cost of other two regions and minority Hindus from Valley. The meeting also expressed concern over the organized and permanent inducement of the Kashmir youth in higher education institutions funded by Saudi Arabia to promote and propagate Wahabiyat School of thought.
It said the growing radicalization of Muslim youth of Kashmir is slowly but steadily growing on for last one decade. Such tendencies in the Valley are alarming and  bound to create uncertainty as youth are trained by conviction to join Jahadi militant groups with a firm belief.
It said the Valley people enjoying the maximum concessions and assistance from Centre do not reciprocate in discharging their legitimate duties to the minimum. The meeting stressed on discouraging such trends in the Valley. A calculated move to construct large habitations in the outskirts of Jammu city was also viewed seriously.
The meeting among  was addressed by P L Koul Badgami, K L Ganjoo, M L Daftri, S N Raina and A K Bhat and others.
