JAMMU, July 16: Chief Engineer, (Distribution) JPDCL, Jammu has informed that to carry out work for thickening of 33KV line, the shutdown of 33 KV Akhnoor-Pargwal Line is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Pargwal, ChanniTanna, Rajpura, Bhalwal Bharat, DhalwalMiulu, Hami-purkona, BSF, Batera, Dabbin, Chorpur, Manyal, Dharmkhu, TirthTalab, GREF, Gumpal, Sua No. 1, Garkhal and adjoining areas will remain affected on July 18 and 21 from 8 am to 2 pm.
Meanwhile, to execute work of upgradation of 4-lane of Jammu-Akhnoor National Highway, the shutdown of 11KV GS-3 feeder and 11KV Domana feeder & 33KV Akhnoor-Pargwal Line is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Dumi, Thathi, Sobka, Sua No. 1, Pargwal, ChanniTanna, Rajpura, Bhalwal Bharat, DhalwalMiulu, Hami-purkona, BSF and adjoining areas will remain affected on July 18 from 8 am to 2 pm.
