JAMMU: According to a communique received from Superintending Engineer, Elect. Maint. and RE Circle Kathua, the power supply to Changran, Chak Desa, Manke Talab, Lower Shiv Nagar, Upper Shiv Nagar and Housing Colony fed by Changran Rural feeder shall remain affected on February 03 from 10 am to 03 pm.
