Power shut down

JAMMU, Oct 8: For preventive maintenance/branch cutting in view of upcoming Navratras for providing smooth supply of power, the shut down of 33 KV lines has been allowed.
During the shutdown period, the power supply to 33 KV Dharmari Sarh Bagga will  remain affected from October 11 to October 12 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., 33 KV Reasi-Dharmari Tab from October 9 to October 11 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., 33 KV Railway Line from October 9 to October 12 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 33 KV Rasi-Pouni Ransoo Tap line from October 10 to October11 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Meanwhile, in order to carry out the constructional works under R-APDRP Scheme, there will  be power shut down in different areas of Jammu city. However in view of Dusshera and Ashoora/Moharram which are falling on October 22 and 24 respectively, no power shut down has been allowed.
During the shutdown period, the power supply to Doordarshan Lane, Lakad Mandi, Bhawani Nagar, Janipur Colony will remain affected from October 12 to October 20 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Also, the power supply to 2.5 Marlas Quarter Bhawani Nagar, PHE Complex, Ram Sharnam Ashram,near house of Ganga Parshad, Satnam Park will remain affected from October 12 to October 25 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
