Fruit truly is the perfect food and our digestive system has to do almost nothing to break it down So, grab your plate and add these fruit combinations to your breakfast daily.
Many fresh fruits reach peak deliciousness in the summertime and instead of sitting down to unhealthy diet like Paranthas ,Puri Sabzi ,Egg Omlete for breakfast do something amazing by choosing healthy alternatives to heavier dishes . The fruit combo can keep you nourished, fight distracting hunger, and give you the energy , the results can be downright mind-blowing when you pair them with the right supporting players.

2 cup seeded watermelon cubes
1 cup pineapple cubes
1 cup green grapes —remove seeds if any
2 cup chilled apple Juice
10-12 ice cubes
1tsp sugar
4 tbsp cream
1–combine the fruits in bowl , pour apple juice ove chill in a refrigerator
2–At serving time , blend fruits in a mixer till smooth
3–Add cream and sugar and blend again
4-Pour into glasses over ice and serve
1/4 cup yogurt—put in a strainer and leave for 10 minutes
1 heaped tsbsp chopped banana
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tbsp brown sugar or regular sugar
2 pinches of nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
crushed ice
1/2—-1 ts[ jpmeu to swirl on top
some cinnamon (dalchini) powder to sprinkle .
1 Blend curd, banana,orange juice ,brown sugar ,nutmeg and cinnamon powder till smooth
2–Put crushed ice in the glass .Pour the smoothie gently over ice . Swirl some honey on the top .Sprinkle some cinnamon and nutmeg powder and serve fresh .
1 cup chopped papaya
1/2 cup cold milk
1 cup thick yogurt
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
1tbsp honey
few strands saffron ( kesar)-soaked in 1tbsp of warm milk .
1 Put papaya and milk in blender and blend till smooth
2-Add all the remaining ingradients and blend until thick and frothy. Serve cold
1 Cup tinned cherries
1/2 cup chilled yougurt
8 tbsp strawberry crush
10-12 ice cubes
1 cupcherry syrup
4 tsp grated cheddar or processed cheese
1—-Drain the cherries, reserving 1 cup of the syrup . Remove the seeds from cherries from the cherries and place in the refrigerator to chill
2-Put the cherries with the syrup and strawberries crush in a blender or food processor
3–Add the yougurt and blend till smooth
4-Pour into small glasses , top with grated cheese and serve fresh
