Power cuts in metered areas

Sir,
It is a sad state of affairs that there are frequent power cuts in metered areas too. This has become a regular phenomenon of our Govt in the State. We are at a loss to understand that our Govt has time and again assured us that there will be least power cuts in the areas where installation of meters shall take place. But the situation is quite different. It is all nice if power is curtailed where power theft is masterminded and where the electric charges are outstanding since long. Power theft is a crime and people involved in such a heinous crime need to be heavily punished for the welfare of the common people who largely suffer because of the power theft by the unscrupulous people of the State.
Govt should provide electricity continuously in the metered areas and realize arrears outstanding against the defaulters without any fail whatsoever position one has. In order to streamline the system with regard to power supply over Govt needs to check power theft and vigilance squads have to operate in the proper direction inorder to minimise power crisis. Unmetered areas need to be metered as immediately as possible. Deptt of PDD needs to ensure regular power supply to metered areas of the City of  Temples.
Yours etc…
