SRINAGAR, Nov 12: After Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited’s poor services in the State; one more telecommunication services providers was out of order since Tuesday morning across State.
The subscribers of Reliance Communications Services said that the company’s mobile and internet services were completely snapped from last two days, which put its lakhs of customers in trouble in the State.
The customers said that they have no official communication or any clue from the company about snapping of its services, because of which they are suffering. “We don’t know what has happened to Reliance services all of sudden as company neither sent any communication about its services nor did its management responded despite repeatedly dialing their official numbers,” said Khalid Muzamil, one of the subscribers of Reliance company.
Similarly, the Reliance Communications subscribers said that the internet service is worst hit for the last two days, which has affected the retinue work of its subscribers. “Internet and mobile services have also put a lot of inconveniences to the people and business of many people is badly hit,” Reliance Communications subscribers said.
They said the dongle service was also snapped because of which businessmen using its internet were badly affected.
Scores of subscribers told Excelsior that after tired of pesky services provided by BSNL, they availed the services of Reliance Communications to get better services, but doesn’t last long.
In the meantime, BSNL has charged the rentals of the landlines from its customers for the month of September and October in the areas where the exchanges are not functional yet. The landlines in the flood hit areas are down and in some areas BSNL officials say it will take several months for their restoration but they are charging rentals.
