Police School Vijaypur organises computer course

Vijaypur, Nov 13:Two weeks “Computer Operations and Communication Course (COC)” was organized by Police Technical Training Institute (PTTI) Vijaypur today in which 12 police personnel of the rank of ASI (Telecom) of various units of Police Department including Ladakh Police, nominated by PHQ-J&K participated.
The objective of this course was to enhance the capabilities of police officials about Computer Operations and Communication Skills. The valedictory moments were graced by Khalil Ahmed Poswal, SSP, Principal PTTI Vijaypur who emphasized the importance of use of computer in various latest communication skills.
While speaking on the occasion, the Principal PTTI Vijaypur said that this course would definitely help Police personnel in performing their field duties as well as day to day Police work, especially working with Web Mail/File Transfer Protocol (FTP) and use of computer with various Communication system viz. VHF/UHF, HF and POLNET Rajinder Singh Rahi, Vice Principal, Sajjad Ahmed Khan, Dy.SP(Indoor), Satish Kumar, Dy.SP (Admn/Outdoor), Inspr. Neeraj Kumar (CTI), SI Tejinder (Course Coordinator) and SI Shehbaz Ahmed were present during valedictory function.
