SRINAGAR, Aug 30: Two persons were rescued by locals with assistance of Police from a deep well in a village in Awantipora in South Kashmir district of Pulwama today.
Ghulam Nabi Kumar and Bashir Ahmad Bhat of Kumar Mohalla, Awantipora, fell in a deep well in their village. Timely action by locals and police saved their lives, a police spokesman said.
