SRINAGAR, June 5: Police along with Municipal Committe CAPD and revenue authorities conducted a surprise market checking at Ompora and adjoining areas of Budgam district today.
A Police spokesman said that during market checking, huge quantity of rotten eatables and other commodities were destroyed on the spot. Fine of Rs 10,000 was also realized from the violators.
