PoK guest arrested, not allowed to return

MENDHAR, June 16: A guest from the Pak occupied Kashmir, who was about to board a bus for his return journey to Kotli in PoK was today arrested at Mendhar by police.
Identified as Mohd Shakeel, son of Mohd Maqsood, resident of Tain Pandol  village in Kotli district of PoK, he has been booked by Mendhar police under case FIR No. 80/2014. He along with three others had attacked one person at Mendhar town, causing him serious injuries. He had escaped after the incident. Today when he was returning to his village in PoK, he was arrested by police party led by SHO Kuldip Raj at College Ground, Mendhar this morning.
He had arrived here on travel visa on May 19, 2014  and was supposed to return today (June 16).  Three other persons including one Raju Pathan of Mendhar have also been arrested by police in this connection.
