PNB organizes Kissan Mela at Ghagwal

SAMBA, Dec 10: Punjab National Bank (PNB), Ghagwal, today organized a Kissan Mela in its vicinity.
DGM, PNB, Jammu region, Vikram Singh Raina, was the chief guest on the occasion. While speaking on the occasion, DGM assured the farmers every type of help and assured scholarship to the children of those who will renew the Kissan credit limit within the stipulated time. He informed that the male children will get Rs 2500 per annum whereas the girl child will get Rs 3500 per annum scholarship.
The DGM also distributed Kissan credit cards of Rs 30 lakh to 35 farmers of Ghagwal Sub Division, Rs 6 lakh to 10 farmers of Krishi Sarthi Scheme and Rs 50,000 each to 10 female beneficiaries under Kalyani Scheme.
While speaking to the farmers, Ajeet Singh Lobana of Agricuture Department, briefed the farmers about various agriculture related schemes whereas Naveen Kumar Langeh and Bhanu Bhakhashi of the bank narrated various other bank related schemes.
