PM to campaign in Ladakh, Doda

JAMMU, Nov 7: Prime Minister, Narendra Modi is likely to start campaigning in the State for the first phase of polling from November 20 or 21.
According to Party sources, Modi will address the poll rallies for the first phase of polling in Ladakh region and erstwhile Doda district. Sources said Modi will address at least two poll rallies in erstwhile Doda district and one rally in Ladakh region which are going to polls on November 25.
The information regarding Mr Modi’s visit was given in a meeting of senior Party office bearers here this evening by National (Org) general secretary of the Party Ram Lal. He informed the meeting that BJP is all set to form its first ever Government in the State and Modi will be the star campaigner for the party during these elections.
The meeting among others was attended by BJP incharge J&K and MP from Punjab Avinash Rai Khanna, Party State president, Jugal Kishore Sharma, BJP Legislative Party Leader, Ashok Khajuria and Party general secretary (Org) Ashok Kaul.
Ram Lal also held separate meetings with Election Campaign Committee and Management Committee and discussed the poll strategy in detail with the senior Party leaders. He said Party is getting a good public response in all three regions of the State and it is all set to accomplish its Mission 44+ to form its first ever Government in the State.
Mr Lal stressed the Partymen to work in close coordination with each other and sought the feed back from them regarding the functioning of the Party.
