Are tractors allowed by the Traffic authorities to be plied on Jammu roads all the twenty four hours even through the most congested roads carrying in their trollies all types of building material? They do not hesitate rather are comfortable to pass through the residential areas , on lanes with deafening sounds even during night hours. Primarily they are financed by Banks to carry on agricultural activities but they mostly are engaged in commercial activities and ply during peak rush hours on roads. This needs to be clarified but in the meantime let their movements be regulated and noise controlled . They should never be allolwed to pass through residential areas especially during night hours.
