Plus 2 Incharge Lecturers Forum submits charter of demands to DSEJ

JAMMU, Sept 12: A 20- member delegation of Plus 2 Incharge Lecturers Forum and JKGTF called on Director School Education Jammu to take up urgent burning issue of submission of service history sheets as per new performa for Vigilance clearance of all subjects as desired by the administrative department.
Issues like convening DPC of division level posts of Head Assistants, Sr Assistant Library and Lab Jr Assistants for their regularization, transfers of Masters, Teachers, promotion of Masters as Headmasters to fill 500 vacant posts of Headmasters, seeking updated vacancy of all remaining subjects of Lecturers, delegation of DDO powers, settlement of all court directions in service matters, promotion of all non teaching staff of SED were also discussed in the meeting.
The delegation submitted a 23- point charter of suggestions for reforming the School Education Department and implementation of New Education Policy 2020 on the ground. All points were discussed in detail for seeking action by the Govt.
Ravi Shanker Sharma, Director School Education Jammu assured that service history sheets of all Incharge Lecturers would be submitted within days for vigilance clearance of all subjects and those left out in supplementary list. He also assured that transfer list of Masters and Teachers of all ten districts of Jammu division would be released very soon as almost whole exercise has been completed while DPC for regularization of all non teaching staff cadres would also be convened soon.
The delegation was led by Amar Nath Thakur, President Incharge Lecturers Forum and Chairman JK SEECC as well JKGTF.
