RAJOURI, Oct 19: A plumbing and sanitary fitting cadre organised by Army under Operation Sadbhavana in coordination with MSMEDI concluded at Panchayat Ghar, Saranoo.
During the cadre, 25 students hailing from Kalakote participated. They visited Pump House, Argi. During their visit to local houses, the participants were briefed about faults and improvements in existing infrastructure.
Periodical tests were carried during the training to monitor progress of students.
The closing ceremony was attended by Army persons, Mr Malhotra, Tehsildar, Virendra Director MSME and his team, Yaqoob Khan, Sarpanch Saranoo, Vijay Kumar Sarpanch Potha, Khemraj Sharma, Sarpanch Dhangari and Mir Ahmed, Sarpanch.
The students were awarded with certificates by MSMEDI, Jammu. Tool Kits were also distributed to trainees. Under the able guidance Ashok, trainees decided to form an organisation named, “Azaan Plumbing and Sanitation Works”.
