Sir,
We, the regularised, married, female, third teachers and RETs request the CM J&K, Mehbooba Mufti, Dy CM and Minister of School Education Altaf Bukhari, Commissioner Secretary School Education Deptt; to please rectify, modify, the transfer policy of above mentioned third teachers and ReT teachers, as they have to lead a miserable and stressfull family life, because the nature of distant and for off postings (of those female teachers who because of their fate, married outside their villages, habitations, education zones and districts are not able to do justice to their socio-familial duties and obligations, as they are working in their premarital parent’s homes, for away from their spouses, wards, old and elderly inlaws, which in turn leads to a fragile family setup, having no secure future and strength of familial bonds.
Keeping in view the above mentioned facts and humane concerns the concerned quarters are humbly requested to do the needful, so that such female married, regularised, third teachers and RETs, are posted nearer to the places of their husbands homes. This way their, social, familial and marital life and identity is secured and strengthened.
