Plight of border dewellers

Sir,
These days Pakistan has been pounding Indian border villages incessantly, with the result, the affected border dwellers have to leave their homes and hearths and have to seek shelter in schools and other places arranged and earmarked by state authorities. Such mortar shelling and firing is against the mutual understanding of the concerned countries but Pak being a Rogue country leaves no stone unturned to execute its nefarious designs. Sometimes there is even human loss, of cattle, wealth, loss of standing crops so the border dwellers live a hellish life ; their children suffer educationally as the schools remain closed. It is the Central Government and the State Government which have to devise a policy to give a befitting reply to Pak who does not understand any language other than war. It is also the duty of both the State and Central Government to provide residential plots of about five marlas for their permanent settlement in a peaceful area so that they live a peaceful life.
Yours etc….
