This is to draw the attention of the Governor of the State that a Primary School was sanctioned for village Parhan, in Gahan Panchayat in the Inderwal Constituency after a long struggle by the villagers. Now, it came us as a shock when we learnt that the same school has been sanctioned for village Kaholi in Panchayat Pora Chandali in the same constituency on the interference of a local politician. This development has annoyed the Parhan villagers beyond description. One fails to understand why did the Education Department change its stance on the interference of the politician. We request the Governor to look into the matter at the earliest.
