Sir,
Kindly refer to the Government order no 28-Edu of 2014 dated 4-1-2014 under which 69 PG Masters/teachers were promoted as I/C Lecturers in the discipline of Environmental Science.
But it is surprising that the said Government order has been issued on a holiday i.e. on Saturday when the Civil Secretariat remains closed and so it seems something fishy as the senior most masters of the Edu Distance mode in the EVSc discipline having +2 decades service were dropped and the junior most master/teachers having just a couple of service at their disposal were elevated as incharge lecturers in EVSc which is very much shocking and is injustice with the masters.
On the one hand these senior most PG masters are treated eligible for teaching EVSc to the XI XII classes besides evaluating the answer books but on the other hand it is very sorry that they are being declared as ineligible for elevation as I/C lecturers in EVSc discipline.
This needs a sympathetic look of the Deputy CM, Education Minister Tara Chand by way of elevating these senior most masters as incharge lectures so that the injustice gets removed and they get encouraged to yield better results.
